One year later...life continues but not without trials and struggles and heartbreak and joy and happiness and new things...
Surviving the sudden death of your spouse is traumatic even to the most stable people...no matter what they think. I can say this as I somehow survived the first year post losing my spouse of almost 36 years. I would like to share what I learned and what I do everyday and hope that it helps someone someday to get along a little better.
